Has it really been a whole month since I've posted. I know a certain "one" of you knows it has been, but seriously that went so fast. I have all sorts of good reasons. November was INSANE around here. I actually can't believe it's over. I'll do all sorts of posts and updates soon (soon is relative...) but just wanted to share a little something we're doing this year.
We bought a book called "21 days closer to Christ". It has pictures, and little challenges each day. For the past few years I've felt like Christmas has come and gone before I ever even get a chance to really remember why we Celebrate. This year I am determined to NOT LET THAT HAPPEN.
Each day for the next 21 days (we actually started a couple days ago to account for potential missed days) we're reading a chapter as a family. Each chapter is only 2-3 pages long, and takes about 10 minutes. Each day has an invitation for you to think about, or do something that can help you draw closer to the Savior. I'm so excited to be doing this during December and to allow myself to truly remember the reason for the season.

I am getting this book! I meant to today, but never got a chance. I am so glad you bore your testimony on Sunday about this. Inspired me!
I know you that certain someone is not me.... (Kayla..?) BUT I am going to need you to post more frequently too... thanks. haha. Sounds like a good idea... especially 'potential missed days'. xo
